Both share the same queue, the same catalog and the same admin dashboard.

No. Rockola.app runs entirely in the phone browser. Guests scan your venue QR code and are requesting songs seconds later. Works on iPhone and Android — any phone with a camera.

What kind of TV do I need?

Any Smart TV with a web browser. You activate the service from your account and open it in the TV browser — no extra device and no complicated install.

Yes. Karaoke mode is available from the Professional plan up. It shows the lyrics on screen while the music video plays. No extra equipment and no special microphones needed.

How does the credit system work?

You generate credit codes from your admin dashboard and hand them out however you like: on the menu, on the receipt, by message or on social media. Guests redeem a code and get credits. One credit adds one song to the queue. They can also spend extra credits to jump to the front. You decide how many credits to give and to whom.

Rockola.app gives access to millions of music videos across pop, rock, hip hop, electronic, Latin regional, reggaeton, salsa, country and karaoke tracks with lyrics. The catalog updates continuously.

Can I control what plays in my venue?

Yes. As administrator you have full control from your dashboard: skip songs, remove them from the queue, reorder them and add songs yourself without spending credits. You can also turn on autoplay for when the queue empties.

Can I brand it with my own logo and colors?

Yes. From the admin dashboard you upload your logo, choose the main interface color and set on-screen messages — handy for promotions like "2-for-1 beers until 10pm". Guests see your brand, not ours.

Is there a contract? Can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

No contracts and no lock-in. Every plan is month to month and you can cancel any time from your billing dashboard with no penalty. You also get a 30-day free trial to run the whole system before you pay.

Which currency am I billed in?

Accepted Answer

You are billed in the currency you select in the pricing section before creating your account. The currency is fixed on your subscription and does not change on its own if you travel or move; if your country's currency is not available yet, you are billed in US dollars (USD), which any international card accepts.
