Rockola.app for corporate events
The company party, without an imposed playlist
At a holiday party or a year-end event, nobody wants the playlist one department put together. With Rockola.app the whole team scans a QR code and sends what they want to hear, while the organizer keeps the filter on: what should not play at a company event does not play.
- The whole team takes part from their own phone
- Content filter configured before the event
- Your logo, color and message on the screen
- Works in a booked venue and in the office
Why it works at a company event
It is a team activity that needs no facilitator, no icebreaker script and no separate budget.
People who don't dance still take part
Requesting a song exposes nobody. It is the easiest way for someone who never leaves the table to still feel the party is theirs.
The filter is set beforehand, not on the night
Block artists, titles or specific tracks from the dashboard. Nobody has to run to the booth to get something pulled.
The screen carries the brand
Logo, accent color and a fixed on-screen message. The jukebox looks like part of the event, not something bolted on.
Zero logistics
Nothing to rent, transport or return: a screen with a browser and a printed QR code is the whole setup.
How it runs at a corporate event
The organizer sets it up ahead of time — not the venue's supplier.
Create the company account
It arrives with its own address, QR code and dashboard. It runs in a browser: no software to push through IT.
Decide what can be requested
A blacklist of what must not play, or a closed allow list if the event calls for it.
Brand the screen
Company logo, accent color and an on-screen message with the name of the event.
The team scans and requests
The QR code goes on the tables and at the entrance. It opens in the browser: nobody is asked to install anything.
The organizer sets the order
Skip, delete and bump from the dashboard for as long as the night runs.
Corporate event questions
How do we keep something inappropriate off the screen?
It is configured before the event: block artists, titles or specific tracks, and anyone requesting one gets a notice on their phone instead of it reaching the queue. Anything can also be skipped or deleted live from the dashboard.
Do employees have to hand over details or install anything?
No. They scan the QR code and it opens in the browser. No app, no signup, and no email or phone number asked for.
Can we use it in the office rather than a venue?
Yes. Any screen with a browser wired to a speaker works: a meeting room, a canteen or a terrace runs the same as a booked venue.
Can we put the company logo on it?
Yes. Settings lets you upload the logo, pick the accent color and write a fixed on-screen message with the event name.
